Where is The 1 number on the card?

Under the barcode, with 16-digit number.

I apply via www.the1.co.th, will I get a physical card?

Members will only get The 1 number which can be used to earn points by stating The 1 number without using the card.

If you need a plastic card, please contact customer service counter at every Central Department Store, Central Embassy, ZEN, Robinson Department Store, Power Buy, Supersports, B2S, homeWorks, Baan & Beyond, OfficeMate, Thaiwatsadu, FamilyMart, Central Marketing Group (CMG), and Tops.

Where can I get a new card if my card is lost or damaged? Is there a card replacement fee?

Get your new card at every Central Department Store, Central Embassy, ZEN, Robinson Department Store, Power Buy, Supersports, B2S, homeWorks, Baan & Beyond, OfficeMate, Thaiwatsadu, FamilyMart, Central Marketing Group (CMG), and Tops.

No card replacement fee! Just state your name-surname, show or state your ID card number or passport and get the new card to earn points. The old points balance will be automatically transferred to your new card.

How do I earn The 1 points?
  • Every 25 Baht = 1 point

Central Department Store, Central Embassy (participating shops), ZEN, Robinson Department Store, Supersports, B2S, homeWorks, Central Online, Baan & Beyond, FamilyMart, and Central Marketing Group (CMG)

  • Every 25 Baht = 1 point (partial points will be carried to the next purchase)

Central Food Hall, Tops market, Tops SUPERSTORE, Tops superkoom, Tops daily, and Tops Online 

  • Every 50 Baht = 1 point

Power Buy, Thaiwatsadu, and OfficeMate

Earn points for every purchase, using cash or credit cards, for regular price items or discount items (participating items only). State your The 1 number, phone number, ID card number or present The 1 card before making a payment. Points will be credited to your account the next day.

Where do I earn The 1 points overseas?

The 1 member only!

Get 10% discount when show The 1 application’s Home, The 1 card or Central The 1 Credit Card.

How to earn points:

Present The 1 app or card + receipts from participating stores* at RINASCENTE customer service counter, points will be immediately credited to your account.

Otherwise, you can bring your original receipts (not more than a year from date specified on receipts) to earn points at Central Chidlom customer service counter in Thailand. Points will be credited to your account the next day.

Remark: Valid at participating shops only. See more terms and conditions at sales counter.

How to earn points:

Present The 1 app or card + receipts from participating stores* at customer service counter: KaDeWe (5th fl.), Oberpollinger (4th fl.), Alsterhaus (B fl.). Points will be immediately credited to your account.

Otherwise, you can bring your original receipts (not more than a year from date specified on receipts) to earn points at Central Chidlom customer service counter in Thailand. Points will be credited to your account the next day.

What documents do I need to use for The 1 point redemption?

Original identification card only (passport for tourist and expatriates).

Redeem points by others: (in case The 1 point owner cannot come in person) present a copy of ID card of your own and a copy of The 1 cardholder, along with an authorized signature of point redemption.

How to redeem The 1 points via mobile (USSD)?

First time user must register via mobile phone (1 time registration) to link phone number to The 1 points system when redeem via mobile.

Do The 1 points expire?

Yes. Points will expire every 2 years from the latest date of purchase. The company will void all expired points at the end of second year.
