Responsibilities

Monitoring & Operation Support   

• Monitoring System & Service 12*7    
• Incident and operation for AWS infrastructure and DevOps stack.  
• Regular analysis the infrastructure (log, metric, tracing), service availability, performance to support incident investigation, RCA and improvement.
• Maintain high availability of infrastructure and platform to meet business SLA and SLO
• Execute software release and deployment for production environment.    
• Control user account and authorization access list for answers account, DevOps Tools

Platform Engineering         

• Design, Integrate, implement, configure and operate DevOps, monitoring platform, tools and CI/CD pipelines       
• Design, manage and configure the monitoring metrics, template and dashboard and alert rules           
• AWS infrastructure, DevOps and monitoring Platform Owner          
• Produce and maintain all technical design, infrastructure diagram, knowledge base and process documents   
• Provide, manage and maintain AWS infrastructure(The1 Accounts) for the1 product including automate testing, performance testing    
• Perform platform optimization, cost optimization and security improvements(patching, tuning or integrating security scanning tool)
• Implement and maintain deployment automation script for backend or related services
• Regular housekeeping for tools and systems  
• Maintain system and tools for latest(stable) and secure versions   
• Configure and maintain system backup and recovery tools. Practice backup and recovery yearly

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in relevant science field with appropriate experience
• Good command in English
• 1-7 years of professional experience in DevOps
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure and services e.g. ALB, EKS, EC2, RDS, API GW, ElasticCache
• Experience working with Terraform and Ansible
• Experience working with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Container with Microservices architecture
• Experience with the following is a strong plus: API Gateway, ELK, Promethes, ElasticSearch and Postgres DB
• Eger to learn new technology
• Good communication and team work
• Can-do attitude and working proactively
• Strong sense of platform security and governance
